Dr. Chang is a licensed naturopathic doctor who works to provide the most effective and natural methods of healing for her patients.

After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Hispanic Studies while on a Pre-Med track, Dr. Chang achieved her four-year Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University California, which is one of the six accredited, in-residence, naturopathic medical schools in North America. 

She then moved on to be the Director of Naturopathic Medicine at a celebrity-hub wellness facility in the heart of Hollywood where she helped numerous models, celebrities, and professional athletes optimize their health and performance from a cellular level. From there on, she founded and began her private practice, The Light At Seven, in 2024.

Her clinical experience includes wellness optimization, cardiometabolic diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, immune dysregulation, adrenal dysfunction, skin conditions, hormone imbalances, and regenerative medicine. She has also achieved successful results with patients interested in natural solutions for anti-aging, including facial rejuvenation and hair restoration.

In addition to functional lab testing assessing hormone metabolites, food sensitivities, gut microbiome terrain, mycotoxin levels, and more), Dr. Chang utilizes modalities such as personalized intramuscular (IM) injections, intravenous (IV) nutrient therapy, platelet-rich-plasma (PRP) regenerative procedures, targeted supplementation, botanical medicine, therapeutic nutrition, & more.

She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
